The 7 levels of the career path
Level 1: Associate
As an Associate, you’ll begin your professional journey with us. You’ll learn the fundamentals of consulting, acquiring essential skills and knowledge to advance your career. You’ll work alongside experienced teams on challenging projects, developing analytical and problem-solving skills.
Level 2: Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate, you’ll take on more responsibilities within the team while continuing to develop consulting skills. Your ability to conduct independent analyses, make informed decisions, and deliver value to clients will be critical to your success at this stage.
Level 3: Consultant
As a Senior Associate, you’ll take on more responsibilities within the team while continuing to develop consulting skills. Your ability to conduct independent analyses, make informed decisions, and deliver value to clients will be critical to your success at this stage.
Level 4: Project Leader
As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing entire projects. You will serve as the bridge between our clients and our consulting team. In addition to technical expertise, strong management skills will be necessary to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time.
Level 5: Manager
As a Manager, you will oversee multiple consulting teams and have the opportunity to make high-level strategic decisions that drive the growth of both our clients and our company. Your ability to lead and inspire your team will be critical to achieving outstanding results.
Level 6: Senior Manager
At the Senior Manager level, the consulting and specialist career paths converge. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience across different projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the solutions we deliver are innovative and at the forefront of digital transformation.
Level 7: Partner
As a Partner, you will join the leadership of the company, influencing decision-making and shaping the future of our consultancy. Your experience, business acumen, and ability to build strong client relationships will be fundamental to the success of our firm.
