Once we receive CVs through our website, social media, email, or other channels, we conduct a thorough analysis. We ensure candidates meet the minimum requirements for education and specific experience. The four key evaluation dimensions are assessed throughout the process.
Step 2: Informational conversation
While we don’t hold a formal information session for specialists in Data, Development, or Operational Excellence, we conduct an informal conversation with our Recruiting team. During this stage, we explain our selection process, review your experience, and share what we’re looking for. If your needs and goals align with ours, you’ll be invited to the interview rounds and provided tips to prepare.
Step 3: First round of interviews
A 60 to 75 minutes interview is conducted with Ceibo Managers or Specialists. During this phase, we assess your technical skills and abilities, tailored to your level of experience and seniority.
Step 4: Second round of interviews
If you pass the first round, you’ll be invited to a second 60–75-minute interview with Managers. This stage further evaluates both your technical skills and cultural fit. We encourage you to ask questions and learn more about Ceibo.
Step 5: Third round of interviews
If you perform well in the second round, you’ll advance to the third and final stage. This may include one or two 60–75-minute interviews with Ceibo Partners, where we review your previous performance and alignment with our culture.
Step 6: Job offer
If you reach this stage, you’ll receive an offer to join Ceibo’s Specialist Crew team.
